3 week Bootcamps Program
This program is designed for participants that consider themselves as an advanced trainer. It involves high intense cardiovascular circuit training designed to push participants beyond there fitness level.

6 week boot camp
The six week bootcamp is designed to be a progressive outdoor program for all participants who classify themselves at a intermediate fitness level. Each participant will be personally screened and assessed and put into a group relatively at the same fitness level. The program runs three times a week for six weeks.

8 week bootcamp
Other than the six week program this 8 week progressive bootcamp program is designed for participants at a beginner level. This program allows more time to progress your fitness combining lighter exercises but gradually increasing the intensity over the 8 weeks.

Mid morning Mothers
This regular circuit style class is designed for all mothers who want to improve there fitness and get there high calorie workout for the day. This class is specifically designed for mothers only.

V8 class
This class is made up of a variety of challenging mini courses covering all the components of fitness. Whether your training at home or at the gym this class is designed to monitor your fitness level and each individuals personal goal. Each participant will get a score card in which you will record your own personal results from the courses on each score card. The class will stay consistent so you can watch your fitness improvements each week. This program is designed for all participants in accordance to our screening process.
